Question: How do I place order?

Question: Is my payment secure?

Answer: Yes, it's 100% Secure since we use Stripe and Paypal as payment gateway.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal for payment. 

 ** Alternatively, You can also use Paypal checkout to pay with the major credit card companies without logging into your account.

 

Question: How long does the shipping takes?

Answer: Please allow between 2 - 8 weeks depending on your location. 

Your tracking number will be updated within 3 - 7 days after your order has been shipped.

Due to COVID-19 outbreak, the shipment might takes longer time than usual as there are massive reduction in air freights, delay in custom clearance and postal services disruption. Please be patient while awaiting your package.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; most manufacturers and couriers limit their operations at these times. This is out of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

 

Question: How much is the shipping fee costs?

Answer: We offer FREE shipping for order over US$50. For order below US$50, shipping is US $6.95 (United States & United Kingdom) / US $8.95 (International). 

On the confirmation payment screen, the total shipping fee amount will be listed before processing.

 

Question: When Will My Order Ship?

Answer: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 working days of purchase.

  

Question: I have ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one item?

Answer: Usually when you order multiple items, we would utilize different distribution channels to ship the products.

As such, each item will be dispatch separately. That's why you may receive multiple items in multiple shipments. 

So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you :) 

 

Question: Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Answer: We only allow cancellation of orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

 

Question: Can I change my shipping address after placing it? 

Answer: We could only update your shipping address before your package is shipped. Once your order is shipped, it would not be possible for us to update your shipping address.
