What is the RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Strictly no returns or exchanges. 

We will send the replacement if there are defect(s) in the product(s). 

Please send the email to us within 5 days after you receive your package.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, 

send us an email at simpyadorestore@gmail.com .

Please send the damage item with photo to us within 5 days after the delivery, Otherwise we would not change the damage item.
